1. About the All-Inclusive Tuition Class

Q: What is included in the all-inclusive tuition class?

A:The whole course is a comprehensive tutoring course, including mathematics, English and general ability, and the English part of the whole set focuses on vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing training and accumulation. The math section is based on the premise of developing students' creative thinking, with a balanced amount of training and interesting and useful practice problems.

Q: The part about the math challenges in the all-inclusive tuition class, the child thinks it is too difficult, what should I do?

A:The purpose of the math challenge is to develop students' thinking skills about mathematics. Parents can encourage their children to try to do more, not to fully understand, but the process of thinking is very helpful for children to develop their thinking.

2. About the relationship between extracurricular enhancement learning and school instruction

Q: If a child finds mathematics difficult and does not adapt to the course, can he refund the tuition fees he did not attend?

A: If the course is not suitable, you can transfer the fee for not attending the class to the college credit (valid for half a year); or choose to refund the fee directly, the college will deduct the cost of the class and the $50 management fee.

1. Our curriculum covers a full range of courses to improve students' overall education, writing courses, math improvement courses, primary school preparation courses, and holiday courses.


2. We have small class sizes and all teachers are selected by Joyedu Academy after a rigorous interview process. All English teachers are qualified and experienced Westerners. The training materials are published by five senses education according to the requirements of Joyedu Academy The materials are based on the syllabus but not limited to the syllabus, with additional mathematical challenges and weekly reading materials.

4. About the Math Program

Q: If my child finds the math difficult and does not fit into the course, can I get a refund for the unattended class fee?

A:If students feel that the topics are too challenging for them and they are unable to adapt to the pace and difficulty of the course, they can transfer the remaining unattended hours to the College credit (valid for six months); or they can choose to refund the fees directly, and the College will deduct the fees for the classes attended and a $50 administration fee.

Q: How do I choose the right course for my child?

A: Our college provides one-on-one consulting services, parents can come to the campus to consult the admin, or communicate through WeChat, Facebook and other online ways to understand

Q: I would love to enroll my child in a course, but I have a scheduling conflict, what should I do?

A:You can contact our admin to register your interest in the course and time slot, and if there are more than 6 applicants, we can arrange a teacher to start the class.

6. About the completion of weekly homework

Q: Why is it important to supervise children to complete their homework on time every week?

A: Doing homework is an important way to internalize knowledge into skills and to transfer what you have learned that week into your own knowledge. The process of writing homework develops children's self-management skills, thinking skills, and the ability to manage time. Especially when faced with problems that require thought in homework, children will be motivated to think carefully on their own, which in the long run will develop good learning qualities and will be beneficial for their future secondary school studies.

7. About the transcript report card issued at the end of the course

A: If parents have questions about their child's report card, they can come to the school district and ask the admin. Or ask online via WeChat or Facebook.

8. About the purchase of extracurricular reading books and teaching materials

1. Reading books: Our college regularly organizes book groups to help parents and children select appropriate books, such as National Geographic magazines.

2. Teaching books: The selection of books will be based on the Australian Curriculum, with moderately difficult reading materials and math practice problems.

1. What format will the course be delivered in?

1.Advance Math classes are delivered using ZOOM, video replay is not available at this time, please contact admin in advance if you need to take time off.

2. What is the content of the course?

A: The course has 9 lessons in a semester, 8 topics, and 1 review lesson at the end. The teacher will explain the characteristics of various types of questions and breakthroughs in problem solving, and the course will end with corresponding exercises to help students consolidate their knowledge. Before each lesson, the teacher will explain the difficult problems from the last assignment, and then start a new topic analysis. There will be classroom lectures, after-class assignments and out-of-class tutorials on the same topics, for a total of three opportunities to help students better understand and comprehend.

3. What should I do if I encounter a topic that I cannot do during the course?

A: We provide free tutorials for students in grades 3-6 once a week on Sundays for an hour. The tutorials consist of basic problems from homework assignments to help students clarify their solutions. Lessons are taught via ZOOM and videos are available for those who cannot attend.

5. What is the difference between advance math classes and math tutoring in an all-inclusive tuition class?

A: Intensive math classes are designed to go deeper and higher than what is taught in school, and will be more difficult than everyday instruction. The main purpose is to develop students' problem solving skills. Most of the math tutorials in the whole course are based on the daily school syllabus, with some challenging questions added on top of the syllabus, so that the amount of training is balanced and moderate, and the practice questions are interesting and useful.
